Product Maintenance:
  • Try not to get the pieces wet
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Treat pieces with care, avoid dropping on hard surfaces
  • Do not clean any pieces with alcohol or acetone
  • All products are nickel-free and tested for optimal contact with skin
Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you do not receive a return label with your purchase, you can request a Return Authorization (RA) by email at rbdesigns@roniblanshay.com. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label to print and use for a fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in original condition, must be unworn and must have the brand ticket still attached. All items must be properly packaged with padding to ensure against damage in transit. Return packages should be insured and with the RA# (return authorization number) visible. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the package. Blanshay Creative Corp is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

 
Repairs:
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased online. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include proof of purchase. Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items may be non-repairable.
